【Toward Zero Defects!】
NANO × TOKIWA SLITTER Sorting Service Now Available in Ibaraki, Japan

In July 2026 Nano Seimitsu started an automatic sorting service in Japan together with Tokiwa Slitter (常磐鋼帯株式会社). Machine-based inspection and sorting reduces the load of visual inspection, keeps accuracy and quality stable, and handles high-volume production.

The center is located at the Ibaraki factory of our partner, Tokiwa Slitter. We provide inspections for appearance defects, dimensional defects, and mixed-part contamination. Material and hardness inspections are also available upon request. In collaboration with CCM, a sorting machine manufacturer, we provide comprehensive support in Japan, covering everything from sorting machine sales and after-sales service to parts sorting services.

★ For quality issues discovered after arrival in Japan, sorting and inspection within Japan is an option.
Our service is suitable not only for domestic manufacturers in Japan but also for trading companies that handle imported products.

We welcome requests to test your actual workpieces to evaluate the suitability of our sorting solutions. Please feel free to contact us for more information or to discuss your requirements.
