Silicone Oil

Silicone Oil is generally a clear, colorless liquid with excellent resistance to heat, cold, and water. They have excellent resistance to heat, cold and water. They also show little change in viscosity over a wide temperature range and have excellent electrical properties. In addition, silicone oil has mold-releasing properties, water repellency, antifoaming properties and lubricating properties.

● Heat Resitance

It has excellent stability against thermal oxidation.

● Cold Resitance

Excellent resistance to cold; low-temperature methylphenyl silicone oil remains fluid even at -65°C.

● Viscosity Stability

Little change in viscosity over a wide temperature range, from low to high temperatures.

● Chemical Stability

Extremely chemically inert. At room temperature, it is virtually unaffected by alkaline solutions of less than 10% and acid solutions of less than 30%.

● Non-Corrosiveness / Influence on Other Materials

It has almost no adverse effect on metals and many other materials.

● Low Serface Tension

It exhibits extremely low surface tension values compared to water and ordinary synthetic oils.

Silicone Resin

Silicone resin is a resin composed of a three-dimensional mesh structure and is used as a resin material in most cases. Their films have numerous properties such as heat resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation and water repellency. In addition, they are available in a variety of properties from highly viscous liquids to solids, and are useful for improving durability, safety and reliability in a wide range of fields, especially in paints, coatings and electrical applications.

One-Component Liquid Rubber (RTV Rubber)

One-component liquid silicone rubber can be worked by simply pushing it out of a container such as a tube or cartridge, and after curing, it becomes a rubber elastic material. It is used in a variety of applications because of its ability to adhere well to almost any material upon curing.

LIMS (Liquid Silicone Rubber Injection Molding System)

LIMS (Liquid Injection Molding System) is a molding process system that combines liquid silicone rubber, which has excellent properties, with a molding machine that precisely and stably injects it. The entire process from mixing to molding can be automated, simplifying and shortening the process while facilitating the molding of high-quality products.

● Shorter Process

Since liquid silicone rubber is cured by an addition reaction, the curing speed is fast and the molding time can be shortened.

● Improved Productivity

Since the material is in liquid form, it can be molded at low injection pressure. It is also suitable for molding precision parts.

Grease and Oil Compounds

Silicone grease is a product made by blending a base oil of silicone fluid with various additives and thickening agents such as metallic soap. They have excellent thermal oxidation stability and water resistance over a wide temperature range, and are mainly used for lubrication.                                                                               Silicone fluid compounds are grease-like products made by blending silicone fluid as a base oil with silica fine powder and other additives. They have excellent thermal oxidation stability, electrical properties, and water repellency over a wide temperature range, and are used for electrical insulation, sealing, heat dissipation, water repellency, and other purposes.

 Features

● Heat and Cold Resistance

The Silicone oil has excellent heat and cold resistance, high drop point, low oil release and low volatile content as a base oil.

● Water Resistance

It is resistant to moisture and humidity. In the case of silicone greases, even if they are left in water for a long time, the surface only turns white and there is almost no internal change.

● Safety

The silicone oil is chemically inert, making it extremely safe for living organisms as a base oil.
