We, the Sanshin Seisakusho Group, consist of Sanshin Seisakusho and its subsidiary based in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, and Sanshin High Technology Thailand based in Ayutthaya Province, Thailand.
We are a metal parts processing manufacturer specializing in mass production stamping (press) and small-lot, multi-variety sheet metal components.
With over 75 years of establishment in Japan and 25 years of operation in our Thai factory, next year will mark my 20th anniversary as the company president.
Over the past few years, we have steadily expanded our performance through the growth of our employees, improvement of technology and management capabilities, and timely equipment investments. However, we have also faced significant challenges in the past.

In 2003, we lost our main product, parts related to television cathode ray tubes, which led to the closure of our factory in Saitama Prefecture.
We were engulfed by the waves of technological change.
In 2011, our thriving Thai factory was hit by an unprecedented flood, submerging the entire facility.

These words came to mind when we faced crises.
With these words in our hearts, we believed in our colleagues, encouraged each other, and moved forward.
As a result, our company, as a whole group, has grown to over 400 employees and achieved an annual turnover of nearly 4 billion yen.

In recent times, the business environment surrounding Japan and the world, such as increasing disasters due to global warming and climate change, geopolitical risks, and the COVID-19 pandemic, has become uncertain and unstable.
We anticipate that the challenging environment will continue in the future.
​However, we will continue to strive towards our motto of employee participation-based management, aiming to be a company where we can feel the happiness of growing and succeeding together, even in such a tough environment.

► Sanshin High Technology (Thailand) was established

Sanshin High Technology (Thailand) was established in Ayutthaya Province, Thailand in 1996. The company is mainly in press work to produce automotive and electrical parts.

► 2nd Factory (Sheet Metal)

In order to meet the recent needs of sheet metal fabrication as well, we builded a second factory in 2015.In March 2018, we expanded our second sheet metal factory.
(Building area extended by 2,420 sqm)

A third factory has been across the street from the press factory!

The secondary processing to shipping was relocated to the new factory.
