Our surface treatment products have a high global market share, especially in tin plating for chip components, printed wiring boards (PWBs), electronic components, semiconductors and electronic devices.

These are chemicals that used for manufacturing all kinds of electronic circuit boards, such as rigid board, flexible printed circuit boards and ceramic boards, etc.

We have a wide range of products such as electroless copper plating solution, copper sulfate plating brightener, electroless nickel-gold plating solution, and etching solution. Especially, copper sulfate plating brightener and etching solution are indispensable chemicals that used for finishing high-density printed wiring boards.
