Special features of Vacuum heat treatment

This is heat treatment carried out by heating in a  very low oxygen concentration in a high vacuum 
environment in which neither oxidation nor decaburization occurs. Moreover, a clean surface without oxide
film is obtainable.
By gradually heating by heat radiation, distortion or deformation of parts rarely occurs, and damaged
layers also do not occur. This will reduce costs due to omission of the grinding process after heat treatment.
