We manufacture bobbin less winding machines. Our clients are mainly electrical and electronic parts manufacturers especially smartphones and digital cameras. We develop andmanufacture and sell machine for divergence in wide range of devices which using coil.

We can be integrated manufacture from coil only to assembly production.
In the case of coil can wind φ 0.015~. The overmold is possible, too. With total of 243 winding machines, We can support large-lot production. In-house develop tool and equipment.

Improvement case

AIR COIL

• VCM Coil, Antenna coil, Voice coil, Wire less feed coil etc.
• There is a winding real product with various wire Types from very thin wire (φ 0.015 ~) to Litz wire.

BOBBIN COIL

• Shutter coil, pickup coil, printed coil,solenoid coil etc.
• Integrated production from molding to winding is possible.

FPC ASSEMBLY

• FPC coil Assy, medical solenoid unit, rotation sensor etc.
• After winding process, we can assembly PCB (PCB-FPC) with injected parts including over molding process.

SOLENOID COIL

• Medical solenoid unit, refrigerant solenoid unit, control system solenoid unit, etc.
• We do in-house injection parts. Then winding process and over-mold and Insulation & Withstanding test.

EDGEWISE COIL

• Transformers, reactors, etc. (for large industrial machines, vehicles, power related)
• Wind directly to cut-less core which can achieve high characteristics.(core cross section)  

PLASTIC MOLDING

• We have prepared in-house15t to 200t molding machines.
• Overmolding is also available.
