Tooling Technology

◆Unknown territory - A world of 200,000 revolutions◆

A machining center for metal processing at over 20,000rpm is presently referred to as a high speed machine.

Sunarrow has succeeded in improving the speed 10 times by installing our own “Super spindle” to a high speed machine to achieve super micro-machining. Micro material processed at 200,000rpm enables access the unknown territory where mass production using a metal mould was thought to be impossible and it also has achieved low cost by the combination with our tooling technology.

Molding Technology

Having started with industrial rubber product processing, our molding technology has expanded into resin molding, two-colour molding, insert molding combining rubber and resin, RIM moulding (Reaction Injection Mold) and UV resin molding enabling super thin processing.                        Our strength is to keep making progress everyday for further improvement by thorough understanding of material characteristics, moulding conditions, the processing environment, and purpose of use. Sunarrow’s molding technology is still evolving today.

All jigs and tools used in our company are designed and manufactured in our mechatronic center in Niigata, Japan, which continues evolving by constant contact with the engineers on the production floor.
