JINA FUND I : Launched in September 2005, Jina Fund I ("JVH I") is an India-focused private equity fund which has invested in 12 Indian companies, both private and PIPE transactions, with 11exits achieved to date and 1.35x multiple returned to investors in less than 3 years. Fund I focused on the manufacturing, energy and infrastructure industries and has invested in notable companies including Universal Power Transformers, Karuturi Global and Uma Precision Ltd. |
