As a member of the Asahi Intecc Group, we operate injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 660 tons, delivering high-quality molded parts from small precision components to medium-sized parts.
We also offer insert molding and overmolding using vertical molding machines, as well as liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding. With extensive experience processing materials from commodity resins to super engineering plastics, we can also manufacture in a clean environment.
Certified to ISO 13485 and registered with the U.S. FDA, we manufacture products for the medical and laboratory fields.
In addition to fully automated and semi-automated production lines, we can handle complex processes such as assembly. We export from Thailand to Japan, North America, and many other countries worldwide.
