Can you sell dies (metal molds)?

Depending on the product shape and required precision, product quality can only be guaranteed when the die is used together with the appropriate press processing method. Therefore, although not in every case, we actively accommodate requests for die sales.

Can you sell die parts?

A.

We mainly manufacture die parts made to order using Wire EDM and Sinker EDM finishing processes. In particular, for WEDM, we own two Mitsubishi PA20M high-precision Wire EDM machines.

Q.

Can you perform only EDM tap removal (broken tap removal)?

Yes. We always keep electrodes in stock for M3 to M10.

Q.

Can you undertake press processing using customer-supplied dies?

A.

Yes, it is possible. Since we also design and manufacture dies, we can also handle die modifications and design changes.

Q.

What processes other than press processing can you provide?

A.

We perform cleaning using hydrocarbon-based solvents, barrel polishing, tapping, and pin caulking in-house. Various plating and painting processes can be handled by our partner companies.
