The various color tones of decorative plating have been realized including platinum satin plating with European style and dark tone. Color tones which dramatically improves designability are highly evaluated.

Establishment of
global base

In order to establish the exporting system to ASEAN region, North America, South America and European countries, we have launched the production base in Thailand where known as the hub of the automotive industries.

Research and development

At the head office in Japan, multifaced research and development are pursuing to establish the new metallizing technology as a theme of environment, designability and new materials. Including the development of complete hexavalent chromium-free process which corresponding to REACH striction in Europe, currently proceeding the research and development for plating technology on cellulose nanofiber and new color tone of decorative plating development which is pursuing the designability.

Global strategy

Thai plant which owns cutting-edge integrated production line received technical support and production support from mother factory in Japan and established production system which clears the strict quality standard in Europe. Thai plant is grawing until can deliver high quality products on a timely manner to Thailand which cumulated car industry, and ASEAN countries. Including ASEAN countries and India as known for newly developing country which are expected further market expansion, export to North America, South America and Europe can be feasible. The production base in Thailand and headquarter plant in Japan are closely keep contact each other to enhance the supply system and aiming for promote the KAKIHARA brand to the worldwide.
