Regular anodized (white) |
It is applicable in various fields. Unlike painting, it does not have the effect of hiding scratches or dirt. In fact, it may make scratches and dirt more noticeable.
Anodizing success depends on the quality of the aluminum. If the original aluminum lacks shine or has noticeable stains, anodizing will not bring out the shine or remove the stains.
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Colored anodized |
This material is employed in various industries for aesthetic applications, including computer components and motorcycle parts. Unevenness in the material is not noticeable with silver, but it may become noticeable when colored. The impression of the color may also vary slightly depending on the material.
■ Black
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Hard Anodized |
This is a fine-density anodized aluminum treatment. By applying a thicker layer, it is possible to obtain a higher hardness. Coloring is also possible.
■ Hard anodize White
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
■ Hard anodize Black
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Lubricating anodizing |
DP Coat : Hard + lubricating PTFE coating (PTFE fine particle film enhances lubricity)
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Electroless Tin Plating |
It enhances the performance of engine parts and air conditioner compressor internals.
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Stainless steel parts dyed black |
This process is employed for the alkaline blackening of stainless steel and high-alloy components.
* Coating thickness may vary depending on size, shape, and material. |
Chemical Coating |
Hexavalent chromium-free conversion coating improves corrosion resistance and is also suitable for surface preparation prior to the application of lacquer, powder coating, or adhesives.
