Under the conventional insert molding and ring-type molding process in Thailand, stamping is carried out at a stamping factory, then the parts are transferred to an injection molding factory. After molding, the products are returned to the stamping factory for trimming (secondary processing). The Shinsei Kagaku Group has successfully developed integrated machinery that completes all of these processes in one location, utilizing advanced manufacturing technology. This achievement was recognized by the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry as a “KANSAI Monozukuri Genki Kigyo 2008.” As a result, we are able to consistently manage the integrated molding of metal + resin components, delivering significant improvements for our customers in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
