Chemical Treatment

This process forms a crystalline phosphate coating on metal surfaces to improve corrosion resistance and paint adhesion after coating. It also significantly enhances the adhesion between rubber and metal. In addition, manganese phosphate treatment forms a highly wear-resistant coating. Trivalent chromate treatment is available for aluminum materials.
Lubrication Treatment for Metal Forming (Palbond / Pallube)

After phosphate coating treatment, the workpiece is reacted with soap-based lubricants to form a metal soap layer in the intermediate layer. This provides excellent friction characteristics, heat resistance, and lubricity during
cold forming processes.
Gas Carburizing

Gas carburizing is a heat treatment process that increases the carbon content in the surface layer of low-carbon steels and low-alloy steels in a carburizing gas atmosphere, followed by quenching to improve wear resistance and fatigue strength. This process is widely used for automotive components and various machine parts. Leveraging extensive expertise, we also provide contract processing services for gas carburizing, quenching and tempering, as well as carbonitriding, quenching and tempering.

Gas Soft Nitriding

This treatment is widely used for critical automotive and motorcycle engine components such as crankshafts, camshafts, and transmission parts.
Since the process is carried out at a relatively low temperature of approximately 580°C, distortion is minimal. Therefore, it is often applied as the final manufacturing process.

Zinc Flake Coating (Delta-MKS)

Delta coating is a completely chromium-free anti-corrosion coating that contains neither hexavalent chromium nor trivalent chromium. Despite its extremely thin and uniform film, it provides excellent corrosion protection. It features low curing temperatures and high penetration capability, which helps eliminate coating accumulation. The technology has more than 25 years of proven performance as a chromium-free coating, particularly among European and American automotive manufacturers.
Solid Film Lubrication Treatment (Pallube System)

This is a solid lubricant coating process applied after chemical conversion treatment using coatings such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and fluoropolymer resins. The treatment imparts functional properties such as lubricity and wear resistance to material surfaces and can be applied to a wide range of products, from heavy components to very small precision parts.
Salt Bath Nitriding (Isonite)

The purpose of this treatment is the same as gas soft nitriding: to improve wear resistance and fatigue strength. The major difference is that processing is carried out in a salt bath, enabling the passive film on stainless steels and heat-resistant steels to be broken down so that nitrogen can penetrate the steel surface. This treatment is indispensable for engine pistons used in automobiles, motorcycles, and marine engines.
In addition, after immersion in the Isonite TF1 salt bath, the workpiece can be immersed in an AB1 nitrite salt bath to form a highly corrosion-resistant oxide layer on the surface. This is known as the SQ process.
Combined with a subsequent polishing process, SQP and QPQ processes are also available.
Electroless Plating (Kanigen)

This process chemically forms a hard, uniformly thick, and highly corrosion-resistant nickel-phosphorus alloy coating on products made of iron, steel, copper, aluminum, and other materials. It provides extremely uniform coatings with high dimensional accuracy and high hardness.
PVD Coating

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is a process of creating a thin film with high hardness. This film has low surface friction, excellent abrasion resistance, able to resist oxidation and corrosion resistance which helps to prolong product lifespan.
