Thanks to the continued support of our customers, our company has reached its 25th anniversary. In 2020, we constructed a new factory and relocated to the Rojana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Our main business is 15–200 ton press processing, as well as the design, manufacture, and sales of single-hit and progressive dies.
We are equipped with the latest facilities, including servo presses, link motion presses, and ultra-high precision Wire EDM machines, and have been working every day to improve our machining accuracy. In particular, in recent years, we have focused on high-precision stamping of thin sheet metal. Please feel free to contact us. | Camera Aperture Blades (Camera Parts) (Hardened Steel 0.04 mm)Manufactured using a full blanking die with zero clearance. We have earned an excellent reputation for precision blanking of thin hardened ribbon steel. The technologies we have developed over many years in Japan have also been implemented at our Thailand factory. In addition, dies are designed and manufactured in-house at our Thailand factory, while coating arrangements and dowel pin caulking are also carried out in-house. |
| Motorcycle & Automotive PartsManufactured using our proprietary progressive die technology. Although these parts have relatively simple shapes, we have developed our own manufacturing method to ensure uniform height and diameter for mass production. The dies are also designed and manufactured at our Thailand factory. |
| Light Electrical Equipment & Home Appliance PartsProgressive stamping using high-precision press machines. To stabilize the dimensions of formed features such as surface pressing and embossing, we use servo presses and link motion presses with excellent bottom dead center accuracy. |
| Progressive Die Design, Manufacturing & SalesWe are committed to manufacturing dies that are easy to maintain. To improve maintainability, all die components are manufactured using the insert method. In addition, punches, dies, and plates are machined using ultra-high precision Wire EDM machines, ensuring outstanding accuracy, especially for thin press-stamped parts.
