Ultra-High Precision Wire EDM Machine

We have two Mitsubishi PA20M machines, enabling ultra-high precision machining of die components. These machines offer particularly excellent surface finishing accuracy and positional accuracy after plate machining, making them highly effective for progressive stamping of thin sheets and the production of press parts requiring high precision.

In addition, we provide integrated in-house production, from die design and manufacturing to press processing and die maintenance, allowing us to respond flexibly to urgent production start-ups and design changes.

Press Processing

We utilize the latest machinery and manufacturing technologies to achieve high-speed, high-precision production.

Press processing capacity up to 200 tons

Material thickness range: 0.04–2.3 mm (Progressive stamping)

Cleaning Process

Each pressed product is cleaned individually using a cleaning machine to remove oil, grease, and other contaminants.

Cleaning Agent: Hydrocarbon-based solvent
