Introduction to Our Precision Press Parts

Aperture Blade, Cam, Lever for Camera

We perform press processing, painting management (lubrication painting), and pin caulking at our Thai factory. We are promoting the development in Thailand of the technologies that we have been working on for many years in Japan. We have an especially strong reputation for punching thin hardened steel and full surface shear punching of aluminum and other materials.

Aperture Blade Material : Hardened ribbon steel　0.04～0.05mm
Aperture Cam Material : Brass & Aluminum　0.5～0.8mm
Lever Material : Brass & SUS　0.5～0.8mm

In order to maintain the precision of these products, the precision of the dies is of utmost importance. In addition to selecting the equipment, we also have Japanese engineers in our Thailand factory, making it possible to manufacture high-precision molds and press processing.

2-wheeled Vehicle / 4-wheeled Vehicle Parts

Although the parts have simple shapes, they are produced using dies that are particularly designed to ensure uniformity in height and diameter.

Light Electrical Equipment / home Appliance Parts

In order to stabilize the dimensions of deformed processes such as surface pressing and embossing, we use servo presses and link motion presses with high bottom dead center accuracy.
