Our staff are either graduated students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Tokyo University class) or individuals whose experience have been acquired from studying and working in Japan. Our designers,   who mostly graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and HCMC University of Technology & Education, are hard-working and learning-enthusiastic young people. Our staff not only be able to make simple drawings but also to use Japanese catalogue and JIS handbooks while understanding mechanism in order to provide daily supports of design tasks for our Japanese customers. 100% of our clients are Japanese enterprises. After merging into a corporation in 2010, there have been more than 95 Japanese trading partners, the number of employees has also been increased up to 100 (165 currently) together with rapid business expansion and good ratings earned from our contributions of good services to Japanese clients in the period of 5 years since 2015. Our customers can now focus on sale activities, idea suggestions, and high value-added businesses, their business activities have also been efficiently operated with cost reduction and increased benefits by outsourcing tangibe tasks which require great workforce to us as an outside company. Among the customers who focused on sale activities and high level technologies by entrusting their time-consuming works to us instead, there are even companies which have overcome the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy and reached high revenue records in 2011.
