自動化への取組み

ロータリー式オートボックスチェンジャーを内製化しました。設定カウント数になると自動旋回し、箱代えを行います。シューター出口にアクリル板とネットを装備し、製品の脱落とコンタミの混入を防いでいます。

生産量が多く要求の厳しい製品については 自動検査装置を導入し、高速画像処理（ラインカメラ）判定を行っています。本装置ユニットは内製化によるものであり、汎用的に使用しています。
