IS-DF/DG

High performance, yet easy to operate, these super large-sized machines are built to meet the needs of the new century.
Improved design for use in a factory automation (FA) system, this highly efficient machine series is equipped with such features as a compactly built and highly reliable composite type mold clamping unit for great space savings, the injection controller - ultimate in simplified machine operation, faster mold opening and closing speeds, and a mold changing system for high cycle operations.

IS-G/GN

The IS-G/GN series of small-sized injection molding machines for stabilized high quality molding with their basic performance and functions improved for increased productivity and profitability.
For increased diversified production, the machines have been built with a spacious mold clamping space and material extruding space for use of a larger mold, as well as being equipped with Toshiba Machines direct pressure mold clamping mechanism, a 3-way product takeout system and ample space for the accommodation of a temperature controller for added space savings.
Adoption of a computer control system for easier machine operation with such features as NCC (numerical closed-loop control) and FF (feed forward) temperature control for stable molding operation, in addition to a wide variety of screws and molding systems assure the meeting of all highly advanced plastic molding requirements.
