Quality Management System

What really separates Tobutsu from other trading companies is a thorough dedication to quality that exceeds even that of manufacturers. Besides, setting and following strict in-house quality standards for each of the products in our extensive line-up, we acquire and adhere to various international quality standard.

Certified by the SGS, since February 2004, Tobutsu has successfully established its Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000. As an ISO 9001 company, we are committed to continuous improvement, meeting and exceeding our customer needs. Our policies and procedures demonstrate how we measure our success and look for opportunities to ensure our products and services supercede our customer's expectations.

Measurement System

The intent of ISO 9001, however, goes much further, aiming to ensure appropriate control of all the applicable devices that are used to measure, verify, test and accept products, and to monitor the processes used to achieve specified results. At Tobutsu, we have our Quality Aussance (QA) Department to assure the range of measuring tools, gauges, samples, jigs and the like.
