Thaisecom Pitakkij provides remote “off site” monitoring and response on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis via its integrated computer technology based Control Centres.
Our Control Centres responds immediately to alarm system or emergency activation and dispatches fully trained Security Engineer Officers to the scene from the nearest Secom branch or depot. This service is an important and unique facility only provided by Thaisecom Pitakkij in Thailand. The Control Centres will also notify the relevant Police Department or Authority as required. Police Officers are also stationed in the Control Centres at specific times and work in alliance with our Control personnel assuring total and seamless integration. In this way, Thaisecom Pitakkij delivers the highest quality security levels and protection, which affords our customers total confidence and peace of mind.

Our Control Centers support site located guards with comprehensive and structured back up escalation procedures and communications. Full site survey, planning and risk assessment analysis is undertaken and agreed prior to commencement of operation. Inspections are undertaken at each site to ensure operational standards and efficiency is maintained.
