東南アジアで初めての粉末冶金による超硬工具の製造工場として Sahaviriya Nittan 社が1980年にスタート。 タイ王国の経済・工業の進展と歩を合わせて金型・精密加工部門に進出。1996年9月に精密工具加工業として SV Nittan Precision 社を創設。 2005年　両社が合併してSV Nittan社となりました。
