"Bando" transmision belt-QS-9000/ ISO 9001/2000/ ISO 14001

By its intention to produce "Bando" transmision belt that is an accepted and trusted brand name on both the domestic and overseas markets, Bando Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd. adopted and implemented QS-9000 qualitymanagment system since November 1998. A series ofprocedures were introduced throughout the entire productionprocess accompanied by training courses to achieve targetquality levels.

With the commitment and cooperation of the entire managemant and staff from all sections, BANDO succesfullypassed the QS-9000 stringent inspection and was given full acceditation certified by Lloy's Register Quality Assurances on January 22,2000.

BANDO is determined to maintain this international recognized quality standard achievement and will continue to implement improvement towards the next target of standardization system.

ベルト屈曲性を持たせることにより１本のベルトで全ての補機を駆動する事ができ、エンジン全長短縮、組付工数の低減を実現させるベルト。



-オートテンショナ-
各エンジン／補機に合わせて必要最低限の張力のみを常に与える事により補機駆動系（補機／ベルト等）の信頼性向上とメンテナンスフリーを実現させるデバイス。



-BSC（バンドースムースカップラー）-
一方向クラッチ内蔵ALTプーリのバンドー名で、クランク回転変動の大きいエンジンで慣性の大きな補機（ALT等）を駆動すると補機／ベルトに加わる変動軸力／張力が非常に大きくなる。この回転変動をキャンセルし、変動軸力／張力を低減させるシステム全体の信頼性の向上を実現させるデバイス。
