切削工具部門で製造する超精密ダイヤモンド切削工具「UPC」は、ナノメートル単位の高精度加工を実現し、オプトエレクトロニクス分野などのニーズの変化にもいち早く対応しています。

Metal bond wheel

Metal bonded grinding wheel is made by bonding diamond grits by sintering metal power.Grinding wheel made by this method are best rated in grit retention,and are preferred where a long service life is required for cutting and grinding of hard and brittle materials.

Resin bonded grinding wheel

Resin bonded grinding wheel have a good elasticity,destinguished for their fine surface finish and high grinding performance, and are highly effective for
