就労ビザ／ノンイミグラントＢビザの取得

タイへの入国目的が「労働」で、入国後「労働許可証」を申請する場合には、必ずこのビザを取得していることが条件になります。

【注意】　このビザで入国しても、労働許可証を取得しなければ、不法就労となりますので、ご注意ください｡

申請の際には、下記の書類を用意し、日本または近隣国（マレーシア、シンガポールなど）のタイ大使館で取得します。
バンコクから近隣諸国へのビザ取得ツアーも出ています。

（申請に必要な書類）※日本のタイ大使館で取得する場合
1. パスポート原本
2. 申請書1枚　
3. 写真２枚
4. 航空券もしくは予約の確認書
5. 英文経歴書1部
6. 英文招聘状原本1部（タイ側）
7. 英文推薦状原本（日本側）または英文身元保証書1部
8. 申請料（シングル：6,000円、マルチ：15,000円）

労働許可証の取得

労働許可証は、パスポートサイズ手帳タイプで、内部には本人の写真と氏名･生年月日･国籍･有効期間･会社名
･役職･会社の所在地･職務内容など詳細が記載されます。 　

ノンイミグラントＢビザを取得して入国すれば、この労働許可証の申請が可能になります。
一般的には、個人ではなく、就職先の会社が労働許可証の取得申請手続きを行います。
本人が用意すべき書類は以下の通りです。
1. パスポート原本　 　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. パスポートコピー （写真面、タイ入国スタンプ、ビザ、入国カード）
3. 英文の職務経歴書
4. 写真（5?6cm） 3枚
5. 健康診断書　 （タイの病院・クリニックで発行された労働許可申請用のもの）
6. 英文の卒業証明書　（最終学歴の卒業証明書）
7. 英文の在職証明書　（直近の勤務先会社から発行してもらう）
8. 労働許可証返納証（トー・トー 10） ※以前に労働許可証があった場合のみ　　　


※特に「卒業証明書」と「在職証明書」は、日本にて予め取得しておくことをお勧めします。
